About David
David Bhatti is a lifelong political and legal advocate working toward the protection and advancement of individual liberties, human dignity, and responsible government.
David holds a degree in Philosophy and an LL.B with first-class honours specializing in international human rights law.
He has served as a parliamentary assistant and advisor to conservative politicians both in Edmonton and across Canada, with a focus on communications, foreign and domestic policy, and cross-cultural engagement.
He has also worked with Canadian charities and NGOs on the private sponsorship and settlement of refugees in Canada and has lobbied for immigration and foreign policy reforms in Ottawa.
David’s international experience includes serving as an advisor to conservative politicians in the United Kingdom and the United States. He has also contributed to legal cases before international human rights courts.
He is currently serving as an advisor and caseworker for an Edmonton-area Member of Parliament.
David Bhatti is running to be the Conservative Member of Parliament for Edmonton Southeast to bring a new chapter of vision, integrity, and equal representation to Edmonton.
